Overview
Our customer sought to automate their outbound order processing, aiming to boost throughput, reduce headcount, and enhance the capacity to process orders within the working day. The solution required bespoke engineering, notably a multi-tier conveyor designed to seamlessly interface with their existing trolley system. Additionally, it incorporated Warehouse Control System (WCS) tracking throughout the entire solution, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient automation process.
